Выходит, товарищ Сталин был прав, когда говорил, что коллективизация продиктована тем, что крестьянин-одиночка не сможет использовать передовые сельскохозяйственные технологии? Ошибся он только в методах организации больших хозяйств, хотя тут тоже, когда нужно быстро организовать, не до уговоров.
Короче, направление было правильное, реализация подкачала. В целом, картина мне ясна. Всегда всё упирается в технологии и государственные механизмы регулирования. Во вторую очередь - в стимулы (маржинальность). А климат вообще где-то в конце болтается. Как-то поторопились мы разогнать колхозы. Зато на рынке теперь рулят агропредприятия...
